This policy explains what information Double Click Technologies LLC ("we", "us") collects through doubleclicktech.dz, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the forms on it. Work we do for clients is covered by the agreement we sign with each client.

Who we are

Double Click Technologies LLC is a software development company registered in the United States, at 6500 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60634. Our engineering team works from Algiers, Algeria. For any privacy question, write to contact@doubleclicktech.dz.

What we collect

What you give us. When you use our contact, quote, consultation or appointment forms, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, company, project details, budget range, timeline, preferred meeting date, time and method, and your message. We also keep the emails and messages you send us.

What we collect automatically. When you submit a form, we record your IP address, your browser's user agent and the page you submitted from, to protect the forms against spam and abuse. When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects usage data such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you reached the site.

We do not take payments on this website. Please do not send us passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal information through the forms.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare estimates and proposals, and schedule calls.
• To manage our relationship with you if you become a client.
• To protect the website and its forms from spam, fraud and abuse.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business:

• Contabo GmbH hosts the website and its database in Germany.
• Cloudflare delivers and secures the website and runs the Turnstile check that blocks automated form submissions.
• Google provides Google Analytics.
• Slack notifies our team when a new request arrives.
• Our email provider delivers the messages we send you.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Essential cookies keep your session and protect the forms against cross-site request forgery.
• Security cookies set by Cloudflare help tell people from bots.
• Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics (such as _ga) measure how the site is used.
• Your browser's local storage remembers display preferences such as dark mode.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The website does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, our team works from Algeria, and our servers are in Germany. Your information may be processed in these countries and wherever our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws from yours.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage our business relationship, and longer only when the law requires it. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to contact@doubleclicktech.dz; we may need to confirm your identity first, and we aim to reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Security

We protect the website with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
